My friendsand I are going crazy with the current Labor Day sale at Tory Burch. We all want to get a Jelly Reva this time ,and as for me , i want a Thora too. Well, i can only buy one so I have to choose wisely. There’s alot of colors and Revas now, from jelly, quilted, snake skin, camoflauge etc. It makes me want so many styles at one time. To be honest , the Labor Day Sale is not really that big, I better wait for Black Friday . I bet , prices willbe slashed up to 70% off original price. I plan to save the money I have now that I intend to use for the Reva, by Thanksgiving day, I have some more in my savings, who knows, maybe I can buy two pairs already. A sale can bring me to a certain hype but my mom was right, I have to carefully choose which one to give in. There will always be a sale. So here are my eye candies .. love love love.

Cellular shades for our windows

Another thing that keptme busy lately was the minor renovations in our bedroom. We removed the curtains and we are now switching to cellular shades . I actualy got a supplier friend for this so I was given good discounts forthe materials and labor too. The installation came easy at all. The cellular shade is one of the most classic and elegant I have seen so I chose that for our bedroom.I love how it gives you the light of the sun everytime you will raise it up. If you want to have some privacy or a more relaxing mood, then you can pull it down too. I got the classic cream color to mae sure it will match any paint color in our room in the future. Now I am thinking what to have for the kids room, maybe roman blinds will be perfect, what do you think?

Its been more than two weeks since my last post!

Well, a lot of things happenedin that two weeks already. I’ve been busy with Joaqui’s schooling becauseI bring him to school everyday. After which, I take care of my Dominique and give her my time and attention. Kids need it badly now because they are growing so fast! I also have some online tasks that needs to be done. Work has gotten my way and I am so thankful for that. Its truly giving us extra moolah to help us out in our expenses.

I also do chef work here at home. I find joy in cooking for my family and even for some friends who visits us here. I enjoy cooking that sometimes I ask my kids to help me out in the kitchen , just for the fun of it. Hopefully I can update this site more of personal stuff. I miss posting my everyday happenings . But for now , I need to sleep a little early, its a stressful week for me. I will tell more of that in my next post. Here’s me with the princess , she lost weight because she got sick last week.

I want a netbook

I am swamped with work lately and I feel so blessed with that. I really need extra money for the coming months, I am glad I have these jobs now. The only downside is, I am out of the house for like 4 hours a day , attending to my little boy who is in Nursery. My husband asked me to get myself a netbook so I can bring it along with me while waiting for my son and work without interruptions. I want to grab that offer because I know having a netbook will certainly cut the time that I am working at home, thus giving me moretime to spend with the kids. I am now starting to read more netbook reviews so I can carefully choose which model and brand to get. I currently have a laptop, but it is quite heavy to tag along everyday. I am thinking to sell my desktop so I will have extra money to buy for my netbook. We hardly use it anymore because my husband has his own laptop too. Any suggestions which netbook to get?

She’s turning two!

I can’t believe that I only have 2 months and a week to prepare for Dominique’s 2nd birthday. It’s just a small party though for our family and relatives, but still I want things planned and well taken care of. I want the kids to really have a good time during the party. I already booked a host / magician , and now I am excited to shop for game prizes and personalized gifts for all the kids! Party planning takes away most of the stress I am feeling now. Hahaha! I enjoy every bit of it even if I have to work on a budget, still I find my ways !

Anyway, here’s a picture of my princess who will soon turn two! We are officially entering the terrible two’s stage. Wish me all the luck!

My mom called me again this afternoon before she left for her LA vacation. She reminded me that I need to order her Hinkley lighting this week to make sure it will be here by the time she is back in town. She was looking for this specific model at the mall but it is out of stock. We tried our luck with a website and yes it is still available. I am placing the order tonight so it won’t coincide with my busy weekday schedule. The website is actually very tempting, lots of sale items for the home and I can’t helpbut look at the items. I might get an accent piece for our toilet , it is pretty bare until now. Thank heavens for online shopping !

My online files are everywhere! And by everywhere, I mean PC, my laptop, Hubby’s laptop. It is so hard when I need something that is not at my laptop. Oh well, now is the time to do some document management tasks. I am also working on our pictures on file. Gosh, I dont remember the last time I printed pictures of us! I better start priniting them before anything else happens. My husband is asking me to finish all this organizing stuff by the end of the week. Oh please , I need TIME for this. I guess I will stay offline from Facebook and Twitter so i can focus with real work. Any tips on how you manage your files and photos? Maybe i should group them to folders and sub folders. Alright, enough blogging, wish me luck!

A friend gave me some online coupons for shopping, but I have no idea what to buy for now. I am done shopping for kiddie clothes and some school supplies and I am thinking on where to use the online coupons. I plan to just reserve it for future shopping use. I am waiting for the Winter Sale because the kids needs some winter clothes for our next trip. Any ideas on where I can get the best ones at discounted prices? Oh well, I better not think about it yet and save for the trip itself.
