Briefcase Hunting

Can you help me decide with these briefcases?
It is time that I get the husband a new briefcase. The one that he is carrying now that doubles as his laptop bag got broken and I don’t think we can have it repaired. Besides, its already 6 yrs old so it is high time we buy a new one. I personally like the brown bag as it looks more vintage and not too formal for him. We went to the mall last Sunday to check some briefcase for men but he did not like anything so I opted to check online. We are down to these two choices and whichever gets the most number of votes will win.
